Quinta Vale de Fornos Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2016
Quinta century, built in the eighteenth century by D.ª Antónia Ferreira (Ferreirinha), to offer to her daughter, at the time of her marriage to the 3rd Count of Azambuja, is composed by its famous stone mills, where even today is made the vinification of part of the wines, using
the traditional “Pisar da Uva”, but also by the impressive collection of barrels.
Very intense notes of ripe fruit and spices stand out, as well as balsamic aromas. The taste presents a great tannic component, associated with great depth.
