Today we offer a one of our fastest-selling Spanish whites, Bodegas Campillo’s Rioja Blanco Fermentado en Berrica 2019.
Made from 75 percent Viura and 25 percent Chardonnay, sourced from two parcels in Rioja Alavesa, “Villa Lucia’ and ‘Villa Cardiel’.
The vines are planted at an altitude of 700 meters. The wine is fermented in 100 percent new French oak for 20 days and kept on lees until the February following harvest.
