Produced from Marlborough’s rich soils, the Misty Cove Estate Sauvignon Blanc celebrates the regions character and earthy charm as well as giving a nod to good times.
This refreshing and lively wine is sure to please with a lingering after taste. The fruit was carefully harvested in the cool of the morning and taken straight to the winery to enhance varietal characteristics. It was then gently pressed, cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks with aromatic yeasts to capture the vibrant fruit flavours and aromatics from our vineyards.
