A delicious, crisp fruit forward Sauvignon Blanc with ripe passionfruit and tangy citrus on the nose. The palate is fresh and bright with gooseberry and white currant with hints of capsicum, and a long mineral finish.
Sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough predominantly in the lower Wairau the fruit was carefully monitored throughout maturity and was harvested at optimal flavour development and ripeness.
Food Pairing: A great match with sesame seared salmon and crispy kale.
