Scuria Negroamaro Puglia IGP 2022 (Vino Biologico)
Vinification: After crushing and destemming the grapes, the
mass containing the must macerates for about 7 days at a
controlled temperature of 24°-26°C. The resulting wine is
then aged in steel for 3 months, bottled and then
refined in the bottle for another 3 months.
