Wild Willow Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Bright and aromatic with ripe gooseberries, citrus and grassy notes, this Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and lean on the palate with clean acidity and a dry, easy-drinking finish in a classic style.
Bright tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and guava. Hints of lemongrass, lime zest and pineapple. The palate is concentrated and fruit driven with finely balanced acidity giving the wine length and a lingering finish.
Machine harvested fruit was transported to the winery and pressed to stainless steel tanks. Individual parcells were fermented separately with selected yeast strains to enhance tropical fruit aromas. Post fermentation the wine was racked onto light lees and aged for 4 months to increase texture and mouthfeel.
