Quinta Vale de Fornos Colheita Selecionada 2019
Quinta century, built in the eighteenth century by D. Antónia Ferreira (Ferreirinha), to offer to her daughter, at the time of her marriage to the 3rd Count of Azambuja, is composed by its famous stone mills, where even today is made the vinification of part of the wines, using
the traditional “Pisar da Uva”, but also by the impressive collection of barrels.
It is a wine with an intense ruby color. In the mouth it is intense and velvety, with a very marked balsamic component along with ripe fruit.
