Bodegas Faustino I Gran Reserva DOCa 2011

Drinking beautifully now, the 2010 Faustino I Reserva is a rare opportunity to taste an aged Rioja from one of the region’s most iconic producers, approved by our community with 2,000+ ratings!

About the wine
Made from mainly Tempranillo grapes along with Graciano and Mazuelo, the Faustino I Reserva has a gorgeous dark red hue. On the nose there is a hit of dark chocolate, spices and cloves and the palate reveals ripe red cherry fruits, alongside cedar and sweet vanilla. This wine is seriously intense and inviting!

About the winery
Founded in 1860 and with its frosted bottles and portrait labels, Faustino is one of Rioja’s most recognised brands and still remains a family business. For wine lovers keen on tasting aged Riojas, Faustino releases old vintages reaching as far back at 1970.
