Vins el Cep Kila Cava Brut 2018
A sophisticated Cava that expresses the varietal characteristics of the indigenous varieties from Penedèsq. The grapes for Kila Cava are sourced from three of the winery’s estates. The Macabeo grapes come from the Can Simon estate, Xarel.lo grapes come from the Can Prats estate in Sant Llorenc d’Hortons, and Parellada grapes from the Can Castany in Gelida.
COMMENTARY: The 2018 Vins el Cep Kila is an excellent, bright, and fresh Cava.
TASTING NOTES: This wine exhibits attractive ripe apple aromas and flavors.
